Sal, our sea-facing kitchen
One menu, written each morning around what the boats bring in: grilled whole fish, charred greens, cold almond soup, bread from the wood oven. Thirty-four seats inside, more on the terrace when the evening is warm.

Maré Bay sits at the end of a coast road on the southern headland, forty minutes from the airport. Tell us your flight and a car will be waiting; the last stretch is unlit, so we prefer to drive you in.
